Ms. Victoria (ARAD, RAD RTS)
Owner, Director, and Instructor
Victoria is the owner and director of Oxford School of Dance. She is passionate about enriching the lives of the students at OSD through this beautiful art form. Victoria is a fully registered teaching member of the Royal Academy of Dance. Victoria received the Associates degree from the Royal Academy of Dance in 2006 and then completed the R.A.D. (CBTS) teacher training graduate program.
Victoria has trained at Canada’s National Ballet School, The Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, The Quinte Ballet School, The School of American Ballet, and Steps on Broadway. She attained the R.A.D. Advanced 2 (highest level of ballet) and studied the Solo Seal Award. Victoria danced competitively throughout her career and participated in various shows and performances, including the 2006 and the 2010 Olympic opening ceremonies.
Victoria is a full time teacher and choreographer. She has been training dancers in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Acro, Tap, and Musical Theatre for 10 years. Victoria trains and prepares her students for RAD ballet exams each year, entering students for both graded and vocational examinations.
Victoria has an extensive musical background. She studied with the Royal Conservatory of Music in piano, voice, and music theory, from Preparatory to Grade 10 (highest grade level). Victoria sings in both German and Italian, having studied the classical works of the famous composers. She has sung music from opera, oratorio, and musical theatre, and has performed in the Kiwanis and Rotary music festivals.
