Looking for a fun, safe, and enjoyable way for your child to spend their summer? Look no further. Join Oxford School of Dance for a jam packed week of dance. Students will build confidence and new dance skills in this fun summer setting. Camps are available in full and half day programs for dancers 3-12 years of age. Previous dance experience is not required. New skills will be acquired quickly in this daily setting. Free 7:30am early drop off and 5:00pm late pickup is available for all camps. Students will participate in a Friday performance for friends and family showcasing their newly acquired dance skills! Free camp uniform included in tuition!

MINIS HALF DAY CAMP - AGES 3-5

Monday-Friday 9:00am-12:00pm

July 10-14, Monday–Friday (Paw Patrol Week)

August 21-25, Monday–Friday (Princesses & Superheroes Week)

  • Students will participate in Ballet, Jazz, Music, Choreography, and Art.
  • FREE camp uniform included in tuition.
  • FREE 7:30 early drop off and 12:30 late pick up.
  • Performance for family and friends: Friday 12pm

STARLETS FULL DAY CAMP - AGES 5-7

Monday-Friday 9am-4pm

July 3-7, Monday–Friday (Musical Theatre Mania Week)

July 10-14, Monday–Friday (Paw Patrol Week)

August 14-18, Monday–Friday (Disney Week)

August 21-25, Monday–Friday (Princesses & Superheroes Week)

  • Students will participate in daily classes of Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Choreography, and Art.

Students registered in the August 14-18 camp (Disney Week) will be invited to participate in the Harvest Festival in Ingersoll on Saturday, August 20th.

FIREBIRDS FULL DAY CAMP - AGES 8-12

MINIS EVENING DANCE - AGES 3-5​

  • Students will participate in daily classes of movement, musicality, posture, and simple dance steps.
  • Dress: dancewear of choice.
  • Friends and family are invited to watch the lesson on Friday.
  • This is a great program for introducing children to dance!

New!!! WEEKLY SUMMER DROP IN CLASSES - AGES 8+

June 14 - August 23, 2017 (Wednesday Evenings)
Level 1 5:30-6:30pm
Level 2 6:30-7:30pm
Level 3 7:30-8:30pm
  • Purchase a summer class pass or attend individual classes!
  • Ages 8 and up. Previous dance experience is required.
  • Featuring special guest teachers and different dance styles.
  • Dress: bodysuit, tights, ballet slippers, black dance shorts, and foot paws. Hair must be worn in a ballet bun.

Owner & Instructor:

Ms. Victoria (ARAD, RAD RTS)

Ms. Victoria has an associates degree and teaching diploma from the Royal Academy of Dance. She has studied at NBS, RWB, QBS, SAB and Steps on Broadway. Victoria has attained her Advanced 2 (highest level of Ballet) and studied the Solo Seal Award.

Founder & Instructor:

Ms. Coleman (RAD, RTS, BATD)

Ms. Coleman founded Oxford School of Dance in 1971. The school has been successfully training dancers for 45 years. Ms.Coleman is also an RAD supervisor who is responsible for the training and certifying of new graduating RAD teachers.

Instructor:

Ms. Danielle (RAD RTS, DSW, Dip)

Ms. Danielle is a certified RAD ballet teacher. She attended the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School's Teacher Training Program for one year and interned with the inclusive dance company, Propeller Dance.

Instructor:

Ms. Heather is a former student of Oxford School of Dance. She did her post secondary dance training at York University. Heather has over 30 years of dance training and over 15 years of teaching experience. Heather has attained her Grade 8 and Intermediate R.A.D. exams.

Instructor:

Ms. Kate has been a student of classical ballet for 17 years. She has studied in advanced R.A.D. levels and has completed her Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies through the R.A.D.’s Faculty of Education. Kate is continuing her education at the University of Waterloo, where she is pursuing a degree in therapeutic recreation.

Instructor:

Ms. Bailey has a Performing Arts Diploma from Randolph Academy. After graduating, she performed with the Randolph Theatre, starred in numerous musicals and plays. Bailey is a B.A.T.D. Certified Instructor in Stage, Acrobatics, and Freestyle. Bailey is passionate about dance, singing, acting, and is full of love and support for all of her students!

Instructor:

Ms. Sarah

​Ms. Sarah has 13 years of experience training in Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Character, and Hip Hop. She has attained her Advanced Foundation Ballet Examination, and is currently training at the Advanced 1 level. Sarah has also been studying music with Conservatory Canada for 11 years, and was recently awarded her Grade 8 Piano with First Class Honours. Ms. Sarah is thrilled to be joining the Oxford School of Dance teaching staff.

Instructor:

Ms. Paige has always had a huge love for dance. She has been training for many years now, studying R.A.D. Ballet (up to the Advanced 1 level), Lyrical, and Acro, with her main focus on Jazz & Contemporary. Paige trained at The Ailey School, affiliated with The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. She has also trained with Step Up, and Broadway Dance Centre in NYC.

Instructor:

Ms. Megan is a fully trained dancer and instructor. She studied dance as a student for 15 years, training in R.A.D. and Russian Ballet technique. She has also trained in Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Lyrical, and Break Dance. When Megan is not teaching, she is dancing professionally with various companies and choreographers. Megan has been a teacher at Oxford School of Dance for two years.

Office staff:

Ms. Julie

Ms. Julie is new to the Oxford School of Dance office staff this year. She is very organized and loves working with children and families. During the day, Julie is a Grade 2 school teacher. We are so excited to welcome her into the OSD family.

Office staff:

Ms. Connie has been a studio Mom at Oxford School of Dance for 12 years. She has three dancing daughters all of whom started at a very young age. Connie is kind, approachable, and ready to answer your questions.

Office staff:

Ms. Julie has been the office manger for 20 years. She is wonderfully organized and very approachable. If you have any questions regarding studio activity, Miss Julie is always available.
